Osama has extensive experience working across both common law and civil law jurisdictions, particularly in financial fraud, money laundering investigations, high-value commercial disputes, and international litigation.
Before joining Al-Nesoor Law Firm, he spent 10 years as Senior Counsel in the Criminal Litigation Department at Al Tamimi & Company. During this time, he worked on major financial investigations and cross-border disputes involving multinational corporations, financial institutions, and government investment authorities.
His professional experience spans the United Kingdom, GCC countries, and the wider Middle East and North Africa, with involvement in significant financial disputes and complex litigation matters across multiple jurisdictions.
