Ali joined Al Nesoor team after graduating from university studies and joining the Iraqi Bar Association, he has worked in various departments within Al Nesoor Law Firm where he specialised in the commercial department after which was transfered to the transferred to the transactions department which built his structure to become a first-class lawyer in real estate registration transactions and legal divisions And nationality transactions. After gaining the required experience, he was transferred to the Litigation department, where he has many civil and criminal cases.

Mohammed has specialised for over the past 5 years in providing Commercial and legal advice to companies in the investment, INGO, Technology and Defence sectors, with a particular focus on growing investment companies in the Middle East in pirticularly Iraq. Before joining Al Nesoor, Mohammed was an advisor to a large international Defence Organisation in the United Kingdom operating accross the globe. He earned his law degree from the University of Westminster (London) and his post Graduate degree from Brunel University (London).
Mohammed Main's Focus at Al Nesoor is to give our International Commercial and Corporate clients an excellent service when contacting Al Nesoor while also coordinating the work of Al Nesoor's inhouse lawyers and external consultants. Mohammed's has huge focal point which is paying extra attention to providing vigrous due dilligince when working with internation corporations and international entities.
Over the years Mohammed has written a number of Articles in various papers and has been a member of international think tanks including Chatham House and RUSI.
Company, Intellectual Property and Trade Marks Law Director
Yousef has gained a senior position after 2 years of services at Al Nesoor, specialising in Company law and IP law, he has participated in a number of company formations both national and foreign entities. Yousef has registered international brand as trade marks in iraq such as Coca Cola, etc.
Shima has joined al Nesoor after graduation from the prestigious University of Baghdad as one of the top students of the year, she has taken various different seats while training at al Nesoor. Her main focus is now on commercial Law.
Shima Is a Member of the Bar Association and also A member of Tawasul organisation (NGO) (legal support team “Pro bono”), she has participated in workshops held in Baghdad and Erbil by the United Nations Office on Combating Crime and Drugs. She also holds a certificate of participation from the Iraqi Council of Representatives on the educational courses for lawyers and their role in the courts. And also holds a certificate of participation from the Leadership Summit for Human Development.
Aqeel holds a Bachelor’s degree in law from the prestigous university in Iraq (University of Baghdad). Aqeel is an experienced lawyer in access of five years experience in judicial decisions from all courts, whether it is personal, city or penal status.
Aqeel is know of practicing law with great passion and his reputation in the art of mooting. Aqeel works with Al Nesoor teams on several projects, including (Free legal clinic) for which I aim the role of the legal association and the emphasis on the role of the lawyer in protecting society, educating the public on the role of a true lawyer to reduce cases of violence against the standing judiciary.
Over the past five years, Al-Mustansir has specialized in providing legal advice to various companies operating in the private sector, with a special focus on establishing companies, following up on companies' tax accounts, including their employees at the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs, and previously worked for different legal companies.
In addition to the above, Al Bakri follow up the procedures of residency transactions and granting entry visas to foreigners in the General Residence Directorate.
Al-Mustansir also joined an international arbitration course held in Sharm El-Sheikh / Arab Republic of Egypt in 2018.
Imigration, Social Security and Labour Law
Sajad has specialized over the past two years in providing commercial and legal advice, especially those related to companies interested in including the rights of Arab and foreign workers in Iraq, with regard to labor law, social security and the issuance of licenses to non-Arabs. Sajjad worked in providing legal services in a company before joining a company the Eagles.
Sajad's main focus is to provide services to companies and clients who deal with Al Nesoor law Firm.
Sajad also wrote some research papers on human rights, decent working conditions in Iraq, women's rights, and combating extremism, whether commercial or societal.
Jordan Baranch Manger
joined the Iraqi Bar Association in 2002, after taking the oath and obtaining the identity of the union, Hadeel practiced the profession and graduated with licensed category from the Bar Association of Class A and then obtained Class B and finally Class C, which authorized her with the authority to register companies and follow up on companies’ transactions and from Then she specialized in this legal field.
In 2017, she studied an English language diploma, which helped her in the field of specialization, which is dealing with foreign entities.
In 2019, she applied for postgraduate studies and was accepted into the Middle East University in Jordan, and completed her studies there in 2021 after obtaining an honors degree in a master's degree in private law.

Reading, reviewing and drafting legal contracts, writing case lists, legal pleadings and all legal writings, following up the legal procedures of companies in government departments, attending judicial sessions and some internal investigations with employees inside the companies.
Before joining the Al-Nesoor Company, I worked in the legal department of Cairo Amman Bank / Jordan and Al-Etihad Bank / Jordan, as well as with social security lawyers and several large commercial companies in Jordan, including agents of Naql Group companies (FINE / Cars / Concrete)
