joined the Iraqi Bar Association in 2002, after taking the oath and obtaining the identity of the union, Hadeel practiced the profession and graduated with licensed category from the Bar Association of Class A and then obtained Class B and finally Class C, which authorized her with the authority to register companies and follow up on companies’ transactions and from Then she specialized in this legal field.

In 2017, she studied an English language diploma, which helped her in the field of specialization, which is dealing with foreign entities.

In 2019, she applied for postgraduate studies and was accepted into the Middle East University in Jordan, and completed her studies there in 2021 after obtaining an honors degree in a master's degree in private law.

Over the past five years, Ali Shaker Hamid  has specialized in providing legal advice to various companies operating in the private sector, with a special focus on establishing companies, following up on companies' tax accounts, including their employees at the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs, and previously worked for different legal companies.

In addition to the above, Al Bakri follow up the procedures of residency transactions and granting entry visas to foreigners in the General Residence Directorate.

Ali Shaker Hamid also joined an international arbitration course held in Sharm El-Sheikh / Arab Republic of Egypt in 2018.
