Professional Profile

Muhammed Al-Jobory is a Partner and Director of the Finance and Tax Department at Al-Nesoor Law Firm, with extensive experience advising companies on corporate, tax, labor, social security, and commercial matters in Iraq.

His practice includes the establishment and registration of different forms of Iraqi companies, including joint stock companies, limited liability companies, partnerships limited by shares, and sole-owner companies. He advises clients throughout the incorporation process, from reviewing and certifying constitutional documents to completing registration and related regulatory requirements.
